Returns Policy

You may return most products to us at any time up to the end of the 28th day after you received them without giving us any reason. We aim to make refunds you within 5 days of receiving the returned goods. The goods must be in the condition they were in when delivered to you and you are responsible for all delivery/postage charges.

You cannot return any audio or video recording or computer software out of the sealed package in which it was delivered to you.
Damaged/Faulty Goods

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please contact us by email or in writing within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.

You will need to return the items to us but we will provide a Freepost returns address and will cover all delivery/postage charges.
